The RSCM has a number of educational programmes that are available to all members and affiliates.
Voice for Life
Voice For Life is the RSCM’s vocal training scheme, and exists to support and promote singing in churches, schools and other communities. It is a structured programme to support choir trainers in the development of their singers, with both examined and self-assessed award levels.Church Music Skills
Church Music Skills is a pioneering new education programme designed to help practicing church musicians to develop the skills and understanding that they need for their role, and to equip those who want to be able to lead music in worship.
Sacred Music Studies
A distance learning course for church musicians, designed to develop students’ skills and understanding of the role of music in worship, and studied in the context of their own church.
