Membership

Membership of the RSCM is an investment in the future of church music. The support of our members enables us to offer education and training courses, published resources, and activities for all those involved in music in worship.

RSCM membership is available both to organisations and individuals. Organisations such as churches and schools can become affiliates of the RSCM. Individuals can become members of the RSCM.

Affiliates across the world receive the following benefits:

• Free subscription to Church Music Quarterly, offering a mix of news, features, recommendations and reviews.
• Free subscription to the RSCM Newsletter, full of the latest news from around the RSCM.
• 25% discount on copies of RSCM publications bought through RSCM Music Direct.
• 20% discount for places on centrally-organised RSCM courses.
• Entitlement to enrol on the new courses of education and training leading to qualifications in church music.
• Advice and support through our network of local committees.
• Members can obtain also details of the standard RSCM organist contracts upon request from Music Direct. (Non-members should apply to purchase them from the Incorporated Society of Musicians).

Individual members

Friends of the RSCM

If you want to support us in our work, you can become a Friend of the RSCM. Friends receive Church Music Quarterly and the RSCM Newsletter each quarter to keep you informed as to what we are doing. Friends in the Republic of Ireland and North-West Europe also receive The Network, which gives details of locally-organised events. Many Friends support our work further by organising fund-raising activities.
