News Story ~ Voice for Life Award Winners' Service

Voice for Life award winners from the RSCM Ireland area gathered today in Christ Church Cathedral to receive their certificates. Bronze, Silver and Gold award winners from both Dublin and Belfast sang, together with the ATB line of the cathedral choir, as a massed choir in a special service of Choral Evensong.

The award certificates were presented to the choristers by The Very Revd Dermot Dunne, Dean of Christ Church, and Fr Andrew McCroskery, Vicar of St Bartholomew’s Church. Also in attendance was The Very Revd Robert MacCarthy, Dean of St Patrick’s Cathedral, and The Revd Peter Campion, Precentor of Christ Church. The choir was jointly directed by Peter Barley and Peter Parshall.
